Coconut water concentrate is coconut water with most of the water removed, which cuts freight and storage costs. Beverage makers reconstitute it with water at their own plant to make coconut water drinks, smoothies and blends. Sri Lanka grows coconuts all year, and its coconut processors already supply single-strength coconut water and coconut water powder for export.

Forms

• Frozen concentrate: shipped in reefer containers
• Aseptic concentrate: sterile-filled bags in drums, shipped without refrigeration

Specification

Concentrate is specified by its Brix (sugar concentration) and the reconstitution ratio. Tell us your target Brix, whether you need it from king coconut or ordinary coconut, and the tests your quality team requires, and we confirm the specification on the sample.

Who buys it

Juice and beverage manufacturers, smoothie and food-service brands, and ingredient distributors.

Other coconut water formats

If you would rather not reconstitute, our catalogue also carries single-strength king coconut water in retail packs and spray-dried coconut water powder. Concentrate suits buyers with their own blending and filling line who want to save on freight and storage.
