Description
Key attributes
H2 is a Hamburg grade of Ceylon cinnamon: coarser quills of about 20 mm and up, cut to 3 inch or 5 inch sticks. A value grade for food manufacturing, blending and grinding. Price shown is per kg for 5 inch sticks, FOB Colombo; 3 inch sticks are quoted slightly higher.
How to buy: request a quote with grade, cut length, quantity and destination port. We confirm a firm price, packing, lead time and validity in writing, FOB Colombo or CIF to your port. Grade is checked against the lot before shipment; certificates of analysis on request.
Where H2 fits
Ceylon cinnamon is graded by quill diameter. Finer grades such as Alba and Continental are used whole for retail and gift packs. Hamburg grades are the thickest quills, so H2 is the grade to choose when the cinnamon will be ground, blended or cooked into another product.
