Disposable grinders sell whole spices in a ready-to-use bottle with a grinding top. They sell at a much higher price per kilo than bulk pepper, because the shopper pays for the grinder and the convenience. Sri Lanka grows black pepper known for its high piperine content and strong bite.

The grinder
Grinder tops are usually imported into Sri Lanka and filled locally, so the grinder type (ceramic or plastic mechanism, glass or plastic bottle) and its cost are confirmed with the quote. Tell us the bottle size and the look you want.

Which trade terms do you quote?
FOB Colombo; CFR; CIF. Freight is quoted per shipment for your quantity and destination.
Which documents come with the shipment?
Every export shipment carries a certificate of origin. Ask the desk which other certificates your country requires.
Can I check quality before a bulk order?
Yes. Start with a sample or trial lot. We can also arrange a pre-shipment inspection or an independent lab test for any order.
How do I pay safely?
First and trial orders of about USD 2,000 to 20,000 can be paid through Escrow.com, which releases the money only after you accept the goods. Larger orders are paid by letter of credit.
