A tester who writes test cases, finds and reports bugs, and keeps your releases clean.

Typical work

• Manual testing of web and mobile apps
• Automated tests (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress)
• Regression testing before releases
• Bug reports in your tracker

How it works

• Tell us the role, the skills, the hours and the time zone you need covered.
• We recruit in Sri Lanka and send you a shortlist. You interview and choose.
• The person is employed by us in Sri Lanka: salary, EPF and ETF, equipment and supervision are ours. You get one hourly invoice.
• Minimum 80 hours per month per person. Full time is about 173 hours.

How to get a rate: send the role, seniority, hours per month and start date. The range above is indicative, from published Sri Lankan market rates. We confirm a firm hourly rate with the shortlist.

Where a dedicated tester helps

A tester who stays with your product learns its weak spots. Releases get a consistent check, and bugs are found before your customers find them. Developers spend more time building and less time retesting their own work.

What to tell us

• What you build: web app, mobile app, API or a mix
• Manual testing, automation, or both, and the tools you already use
• Your tracker and test management tools
• How often you release, and the hours of overlap you need with your team

Getting started

Share access to a test environment and any existing test cases. The tester works inside your tracker and your process, and reports to the person you name.
