To be sold as organic in Mexico, product must be certified under the Ley de Productos Orgánicos (LPO) by a body SENASICA approves. Control Union México is one, and Control Union certifies every company here. Companies marked Mexico LPO certified hold LPO on Control Union’s register today; the others hold USDA or EU organic with Control Union and would need to add LPO, which our Trade Desk can ask them to do.
