Keep our buyers ordering, month after month.

Winning a buyer is half the job. You look after importers who already buy from us: you know when they will need the next container, you keep them informed while an order ships, and you turn one-off orders into standing monthly supply.

What you’ll do

  • Take over buyers from our leads after their first order, and buyers our closers brought in once their two-year window ends.
  • Stay in regular touch with those buyers by email, WhatsApp and video calls.
  • Plan reorders with each buyer and pass clear requests to our Trade Desk.
  • Keep buyers updated from order to delivery, with our logistics team.
  • Spot buyers who are slowing down, and find out why before we lose them.

What we’re looking for

  • One to three years in customer service, account management or B2B sales.
  • Clear, friendly written English; a second language our buyers speak is a plus.
  • Organised and reliable: you never let a buyer wait for an answer.
How pay works. A monthly salary with EPF and ETF, plus commission on reorders from the buyers you look after. We fill this role as the business grows: we read every application and keep strong ones on file.
