Winning a buyer is half the job. You look after importers who already buy from us: you know when they will need the next container, you keep them informed while an order ships, and you turn one-off orders into standing monthly supply.

What you’ll do

Take over buyers from our leads after their first order, and buyers our closers brought in once their two-year window ends.
Stay in regular touch with those buyers by email, WhatsApp and video calls.
Plan reorders with each buyer and pass clear requests to our Trade Desk.
Keep buyers updated from order to delivery, with our logistics team.
Spot buyers who are slowing down, and find out why before we lose them.

What we’re looking for

One to three years in customer service, account management or B2B sales.
Clear, friendly written English; a second language our buyers speak is a plus.
Organised and reliable: you never let a buyer wait for an answer.

How pay works. A monthly salary with EPF and ETF, plus commission on reorders from the buyers you look after. We fill this role as the business grows: we read every application and keep strong ones on file.
