Description
Measures coumarin in mg/kg.
True Ceylon cinnamon is low in coumarin and cassia is high, so this test helps tell them apart. Buyers in the EU also check it against food limits.

How it works

Priced per sample, not per kilo, so testing 100 grams costs the same as testing a container. Nothing is charged until you approve the quote. You can also name a laboratory yourself, including one in your own country.
