How we work

Real buyers, real producers

Buyers overseas send requirements, and Sri Lankan producers list on the marketplace. The work is connecting the two and closing the trade.

Full training

We provide the leads, the lists and the scripts, and we train you. Experience helps, but it is not required for every role.

A founding team

Early hires shape how the desk works. Roles are full-time employment with EPF and ETF, and a clear path to senior roles.
