SQF certification is a common requirement from US and Canadian retail buyers. This one-hour seminar, presented by SCS Global Services, shows how auditors trace one lot through every record, which a tea, spice or coconut processor working toward SQF has to pass.

The US organic standards board meets in public to vote on which substances stay allowed in USDA organic production and handling. Anyone selling organic spices, tea or coconut products to the US can watch the rules being set. Runs 12:00 to 5:00 pm Eastern on each of the three days.
