Kombucha is fermented sweetened tea, and the tea is its main ingredient. Brewers want plain tea without flavouring oils, which can upset the culture. This listing is plain Ceylon black and green tea, blended for kombucha and supplied in bulk to breweries or packed for home brewers.

තේ

• Ceylon black tea, often broken grades such as BOP, BOPF or Dust that brew strong and fast
