About the product

Coconut butter is made by grinding dried coconut flesh into a smooth paste. Unlike coconut oil, it keeps the fiber of the coconut. It is spread on toast, stirred into smoothies and used in baking. It turns firm below about 24°C and softens when warm, so tell customers to warm the jar gently and stir it.
