Ceylon green tea is grown at elevations above 1,200 m in Sri Lanka’s Central Highlands, producing a distinctly bright, grassy cup with a clean finish. Unlike Chinese or Japanese green teas, Ceylon green carries a natural brightness prized by blenders and specialty retailers.

Loose leaf or fannings

Loose-leaf Pekoe and OP grades are whole or long leaf for retail packs and specialty blends. Fannings and dust are small particles that brew quickly, for tea bags and instant tea.

Samples and lead time

We send a sample of the lot before you order. Lead time is 3 to 4 weeks from order confirmation. Certificate of origin and phytosanitary documents are arranged with the shipment.
