Ceylon green tea is grown at elevations above 1,200 m in Sri Lanka’s Central Highlands, producing a distinctly bright, grassy cup with a clean finish. Unlike Chinese or Japanese green teas, Ceylon green carries a natural brightness prized by blenders and specialty retailers.
