Questions

What does a mixed container cost?

Each product is priced FOB Colombo by grade and quantity, and the examples above show indicative values from our current price ranges. Freight for the whole load to your port is quoted on top, once, for the container. Your written quote confirms every line.

Is there a minimum per product?

Most mills will pack 100 kg or more of a line; some products (tea, spices) can go smaller inside a mixed load. Tell us your quantities and we say what works.

Who is the seller on the invoice?

Harker International (Private) Limited, which runs SriLankaExport.com. We buy from the Sri Lankan mills and sell to you, so you deal with one company for the whole load.

Can I get samples of everything first?

Yes. Small samples of each line go by Sri Lanka Post tracked airmail, and the sample cost is credited against the order.

How do I pay?

A deposit by bank transfer starts sourcing; the balance is due on shipment. First trade orders can go through Escrow.com, and larger orders by letter of credit through your own bank.
