Description

Premium low-EC coco peat (coir pith) from Sri Lanka, the global benchmark growing medium for hydroponics, horticulture, and seedling propagation. Available as compressed 5 kg blocks, 650 g discs, grow bags/slabs, and loose bulk. Buffered or unbuffered, washed to low electrical conductivity, with controlled coir-fibre and chip blends to your air/water-holding spec.

EC, pH, and washing reports provided per batch; OMRI / organic-input documentation available on request.

Choosing a format

  • 5 kg blocks: the most economical to ship. Soak in water and they expand to many times their volume.
  • 650 g discs: sized for retail and home growers.
  • Grow bags and slabs: ready for greenhouse and hydroponic lines.
  • Loose bulk: for blending into your own growing mix.

Buffered or unbuffered

Coco peat naturally holds potassium and sodium. Buffering treats it so it does not take calcium and magnesium from your nutrient feed. Most hydroponic and greenhouse growers ask for buffered, washed, low-EC material.

FOB Colombo; CIF. Freight is quoted per shipment for your quantity and destination.

Which documents come with the shipment?

Every export shipment carries a certificate of origin. Ask the desk which other certificates your country requires. Testing: EC, pH and washing report per batch.

Can I check quality before a bulk order?

Yes. Start with a sample or trial lot. We can also arrange a pre-shipment inspection or an independent lab test for any order.

How do I pay safely?

First and trial orders of about USD 2,000 to 20,000 can be paid through Escrow.com, which releases the money only after you accept the goods. Larger orders are paid by letter of credit.
