Nitrile is a synthetic rubber, so these gloves contain no natural latex protein, and many clinics, laboratories, food businesses and cleaning firms choose them for that reason.

Standards and approvals

Medical examination gloves are a regulated product in most markets. Europe uses EN 455 and the Medical Devices Regulation, and the United States expects ASTM D6319 and FDA clearance for medical use. Gloves for chemical or food handling have their own standards, such as EN ISO 374 and food-contact rules. Tell us your market and use, and we confirm which certificates and test reports come with the lot before you order. Do not assume a glove is approved for your market until you have seen its documents.
