Beschreibung

Cellular rubber contains tiny gas cells, which make it light, soft and cushioning. Microcellular sheets are widely used to cut shoe soles and slippers, and sponge rubber sheets are used for gaskets, padding and insulation. Sri Lanka exported about US$40 million of cellular rubber in 2025.

Sheets are specified by density, hardness (Shore), thickness, colour and finish. Send your specification or a sample, and the factory matches it on a trial run.

Natural or synthetic

Sheets can be made from natural rubber, from synthetic rubbers such as EPDM or neoprene, or from blends. Which documents come with the shipment?

Every export shipment carries a certificate of origin. Ask the desk which other certificates your country requires.

Can I check quality before a bulk order?

Yes. Start with a sample or trial lot. We can also arrange a pre-shipment inspection or an independent lab test for any order.

How do I pay safely?

First and trial orders of about USD 2,000 to 20,000 can be paid through Escrow.com, which releases the money only after you accept the goods. Larger orders are paid by letter of credit.
