Rubberized coir is curled coconut fiber sprayed with natural rubber latex and cured into sheets. It is firm, springy and breathable, and it uses two materials Sri Lanka produces itself: coir and natural rubber. Makers of natural and organic mattresses use it as a firm core or support layer, and it is also used in upholstery, pet beds and some filters.

المواصفات

• Thickness of each sheet
• Density, which sets the firmness
• Sheet size, or cut to your pattern
• Latex content and whether you need natural latex only

ما الذي يجب أن تطلبه

Mattress makers often need test reports for their own certifications, for example on emissions or flammability. Tell us which tests your market or label needs and we confirm what the maker can provide with the quote.

الشحن

Sheets are bulky but light, so they ship compressed or stacked in full containers. They can be combined with coir fiber, coco peat or latex products in one shipment.
