Description

Ceylon black tea made by the CTC (crush, tear, curl) method, in BP, PF and PD grades. CTC tea is mainly used in tea bags.

About the grades

BP (Broken Pekoe), PF (Pekoe Fannings) and PD (Pekoe Dust) are sorted by particle size. BP is the largest of the three. PF and PD are finer and brew faster, which suits tea bag machines and quick-brewing blends. Many packers blend grades to reach the cup they want.

Quality and documents

Each lot can be tested by an independent laboratory before shipment. Tell us the tests your market requires. If you need a certificate of analysis, list the parameters it must show. Export documents are arranged with the shipment.
