Description

A developer with a few years of production experience who works in your repository, your stand-ups and your ticket system.

Typical stacks

  • Web: JavaScript and TypeScript, React, Node.js, PHP and WordPress
  • Mobile: Flutter, React Native
  • Back end: Java, .NET, Python

How it works

  • Tell us the role, the skills, the hours and the time zone you need covered.
  • We recruit in Sri Lanka and send you a shortlist. You interview and choose.
  • The person is employed by us in Sri Lanka: salary, EPF and ETF, equipment and supervision are ours. You get one hourly invoice.
  • Minimum 80 hours per month per person. Full time is about 173 hours.

How to get a rate: send the role, seniority, hours per month and start date. The range above is indicative, from published Sri Lankan market rates. We confirm a firm hourly rate with the shortlist.

What to tell us for a shortlist

  • Your stack, frameworks and the main parts of the codebase
  • What the developer will own in the first months
  • Your tools: repository host, ticket system, chat
  • Hours of overlap you need with your team
  • Any technical test you want candidates to take

You set the priorities and review the code. We handle employment, payroll and equipment in Sri Lanka.

Buying questions

Which documents come with the shipment?

Every export shipment carries a certificate of origin. Ask the desk which other certificates your country requires.

Can I check quality before a bulk order?

Yes. Start with a sample or trial lot. We can also arrange a pre-shipment inspection or an independent lab test for any order.

How do I pay?

You agree payment terms directly with the exporter on the quote, and pay the exporter. Larger orders are usually paid by letter of credit.
