An order is not done until it ships and clears customs. You book freight, prepare the export paperwork and keep shipments moving so buyers get what they ordered, when they were told.

What you’ll do

  • Book freight with forwarders and track each shipment to arrival.
  • Prepare export documents: certificate of origin, phytosanitary and health certificates, packing lists, bills of lading.
  • Arrange cargo insurance and work through payment documents with banks.
  • Fix shipment problems before they reach the buyer.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in freight forwarding, export documentation or customs brokerage.
  • Working knowledge of Incoterms, HS codes and Sri Lankan export procedures.
  • Accurate and calm under deadlines.
  • English required; Sinhala or Tamil a plus.
