Before you ask for a quote
Who is the seller?
Harker International, which runs SriLankaExport.com. We buy from the Sri Lankan grower or processor and sell to you, so we are the seller on your invoice.
Who is the importer?
You are. You or your customs broker file the import entry in your country, and your brand is responsible for how the product is labeled and sold there. In the USA that includes FDA prior notice and your FSVP responsibility. We send the producer documents and lab reports you need.
Can you pack under my label?
Yes. Tell us the pack size and format. See private label for how it works.
Which lab tests should I order?
For dried herbs and powders, buyers usually ask for microbiology, heavy metals and pesticide residues, and a botanical identity test for powders. Your market may need others. Testing and COA explains each test.
Do you hold my money until delivery?
No. We do not hold funds ourselves. You pay us as the seller: a deposit when you order and the balance before we release the shipping documents. If you want a third party in the middle, pay through Escrow.com, a licensed escrow service, or use a letter of credit through your own bank.
