什么情况下可以对咨询作出答复

两天内就能拿到报价和永远拿不到报价的区别，通常在于技术规格。 我们需要六样东西。

• 产品及等级。 Ceylon cinnamon is not one product. C5, C4, M5, H1 and Alba are different goods at different prices. The same is true of tea grades and of pepper.
• 数量，附带单位。 Kilogrammes, metric tonnes and containers are a thousand-fold apart. A bare number cannot be priced.

• 您真正需要的认证。 Phytosanitary, certificate of origin, organic, halal, or a specific laboratory report.

• Payment is by commercial bank transfer to Harker International (Pvt) Ltd at Hatton National Bank, Sri Lanka. Full details appear on the proforma invoice.
• 我们不是支付服务商，也不亲自保管资金。 对于 USD 2,000 至 20,000 的首单，您可以通过持牌托管服务 Escrow.com 付款（仅在您验收货物后才会放款给我们），也可以通过您的银行开立信用证。
• For a first order or a large one, a documentary letter of credit through your own bank is the instrument international trade actually uses for this problem. It is stronger than any marketplace guarantee, and your bank rather than a website holds the risk.
• 我们不接受贸易订单的信用卡或PayPal付款。

我们不做的事

• 我们不提供商品认证。 Certificates belong to the producer and are issued by the certifying body. We pass them to you as they were given to us, and we tell you their status.
• 我们不会对未检查过的事项声称已检查过。 If we have been to the site and photographed the goods, we will say so and send you the photographs. If we have not, we will say that instead.
• 生产商的有机认证证书并不等同于您的有机认证证书。 Under the United States Strengthening Organic Enforcement rule the importer of record must itself be certified to the National Organic Program, and certification takes several months. If you intend to sell the goods as organic in the United States, plan for that before you order.
• 我们不经营宝石或珠宝。

独立检查
