Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum), the true cinnamon grown in Sri Lanka, packed in retail gift tins. Ceylon cinnamon is hand-peeled into thin, layered quills and is lighter and sweeter than cassia. In a tin it becomes a gift product, which sells at a far higher price per kilo than bulk cinnamon.

Sri Lankan cinnamon is graded by quill diameter, from Alba (thinnest) through Continental grades such as C5 to Hamburg grades such as H1. Tell us the grade and the cut length that fits your tin.
