Sri Lankan oil refiners make shortening, bakery margarine and specialty fats for bakeries and food manufacturers, using coconut oil and other vegetable oils. Hydrogenated and specialty fats exported about US$50 million in 2025, mostly to India.

Some of these fats are made in Sri Lanka from imported oils, which can affect preferential duty under trade agreements. Tell us whether you need a Sri Lankan certificate of origin for a duty preference, and we confirm the oils used and the origin status before quoting.

Fats are specified by melting point, solid fat content, free fatty acids and their use (cake, pastry, biscuit, frying). Trans-fat content matters in many markets, and some ban partially hydrogenated oils. Tell us your use and market and we confirm the right fat.

1. 发送 & 源地址。 货物从斯里兰卡发货。大宗和批发订单通过海运或空运运输；小批量和样品订单则通过提供追踪服务的国际快递（如DHL）发货。

2. 交货期。 批发和出口交货期在报价阶段按订单确认，具体取决于数量、加工和认证要求。它们不是固定的零售时间框架。

3. 国际贸易术语解释通则。 批量价格默认按科伦坡离岸价（FOB）报价；如需采用到岸价（CIF）或其他国际贸易术语（Incoterms），需另行提出请求，并按每笔订单以书面形式达成协议。

4. 关税 & customs. 除非另有明确约定，否则目的地国的进口关税、税费及清关手续均由买方承担。

6. 试用批次。 部分精选散装香料还提供 10 kg、25 kg 和 100 kg 的试用批次，按科伦坡仓库离岸价（EXW）定价。试用批次通过国际快递发货，送货上门的快递费用将在您的订单中一并报价。除非产品信息另有说明，否则这些均为常规产品（非有机产品）。试用批次的单价（每公斤）高于整托盘，因为小批量的包装和处理成本更高。

退费规则

1. 检查。 请在货物送达时进行检查，如有损坏、短缺或不符情况，请在交货后7天内提交报告，并附上照片及您的订单编号。

2. 资格要求。 对于经核实的质量缺陷、运输途中损坏或短装，我们将提供退款或换货服务。索赔将根据具体情况逐案评估，可能需要进行检查或提供佐证材料。

3. 批量导出&的自定义订单。 定制、按需分级及批量出口货件一旦发货，概不退款，但经核实的质量缺陷或短装情况除外。

4. 天然&农产品。 茶叶和香料等天然产品在颜色、等级和含水量方面存在正常范围内的差异；此类自然差异不属于质量缺陷。经核实的污染或不符合规格的情况方可视为质量缺陷。

5. 退款的处理方式。 经批准的退款将退还至原支付方式。如需申请退款，请发送邮件至 info@srilankaexport.com 并注明您的订单编号。

取消 / 转让 / 换货规则

1. 取消。 在发货前或生产开始前，可以取消订单。一旦订单进入生产阶段或已发货，可能无法取消。

2. 大批量出口订单。 已确认的批发和出口订单均受订单确认时商定的条款约束，包括其中规定的任何定金和取消条款。

3. 退货。 由于大宗商品的跨境退货物流操作不切实际，因此通常不接受实物退货；符合条件的退货问题将根据《退款政策》通过退款或换货的方式解决，而非通过退货处理。
