Volatile Oil Test for Spices, Essential Oil Content, Per Sample

1. The laboratory tests, and reports in its own name. An independent laboratory runs the test and issues the report in its own name, directly to you. We do not change, edit or reinterpret results.

2. Quote first, nothing charged until you approve. Every test is quoted per sample before any work starts. The quote names the laboratory, the method, the turnaround and the full cost, and states whether the test is ISO/IEC 17025 accredited at that laboratory.

3. The result covers the sample tested. A report describes the sample the laboratory received. It is not a guarantee for a whole lot or shipment, because goods can vary within a lot. How and by whom the sample was drawn is stated with the result.

4. A report is not a clearance. A test report is evidence, not a certificate of compliance or a customs clearance. Whether goods may be imported, and at what limits, is decided by the authorities of the destination market and remains the responsibility of the buyer and the importer of record.

5. Samples are used up. Samples are consumed in testing and are not returned.

6. Turnaround. The turnaround in the quote is the laboratory’s estimate. If the laboratory is delayed, we tell you as soon as we know.

1. Before anything is booked: cancel at no cost, and anything you paid is refunded in full.

2. After sampling, courier or the laboratory is booked: you can still cancel until testing starts; costs already spent are kept and the rest is refunded. Once testing has started it cannot be cancelled.

3. An unwelcome result is still a result. A result above a limit, or outside your specification, is not a reason for a refund.

4. If the laboratory is at fault: if the laboratory confirms an error in its report, loses the sample, or cannot complete the test, you do not pay for that test. We arrange a re-test or refund it, as you prefer.

5. Our liability for any test is limited to the fee paid for that test.

6. How refunds are paid. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Write to info@srilankaexport.com with your request reference.

1. Results are yours. Results go only to the person who ordered the test. We do not publish them or show them to suppliers unless you ask us to in writing, or the law requires it.
