Dye sublimation turns ink into a gas that bonds with polyester fibers, so the design becomes part of the fabric instead of sitting on top of it. The print covers the whole garment, does not crack or peel, and keeps its color through washing. That makes it the standard method for team jerseys, cycling tops and other sportswear with bold, all-over designs.

Sri Lankan sportswear factories print and sew sublimated garments for clubs, schools and brands, with in-house design files, printing and stitching.
