Sri Lanka packs much of its tea and spices for export in retail packs, so it has packaging makers that print pouches, cartons, tea boxes, labels and tins for the food trade. This listing is packaging on its own, for brands that fill their products elsewhere, or that want packaging and contents from one source.

Producten

• Stand-up and flat pouches with zip locks and valves, in foil and paper laminates
• Tea caddies and tins
• Printed cartons and tea boxes
• Labels and sleeves

Food contact

Packaging that touches food must meet food-contact rules in your market. Tell us your market and we ask the maker for the declarations and test reports you need.

Filled or empty

Packaging can be supplied empty, or filled with Ceylon tea or spices from our catalogue in one order, which saves a step for small brands. Minimum order and lead time depend on the print method and are confirmed with the quote.

What to tell us for a quote

• The product, grade or specification you need, and a reference sample if you have one
• Quantity per order and how often you buy
• Pack size, packaging and labelling
• Destination port and the Incoterm you prefer
• Documents your market requires, such as a certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate or lab test reports

Packing and shipping

Orders are packed to your instruction and shipped by sea in a full or shared container, or by air for samples and small lots, quoted FOB Colombo, CFR or CIF to your port. Products from several Sri Lankan suppliers can share one container through our consolidation service.

How to get a price: tell us the quantity, your specification and your destination port. We quote FOB Colombo, CFR or CIF, with lead time and minimum order, and arrange samples before an order.
