Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum), the true cinnamon grown in Sri Lanka, packed in retail gift tins. Ceylon cinnamon is hand-peeled into thin, layered quills and is lighter and sweeter than cassia. In a tin it becomes a gift product, which sells at a far higher price per kilo than bulk cinnamon.

#### Grades
