Follow your order from Sri Lanka to your door. Live DHL Express status, plus one-click tracking for FedEx, UPS, Aramex, Sri Lanka Post and sea freight containers.

Express

UPS

Sri Lanka Post
Sea freight

Live status, direct from DHL. Enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation. It can take a few hours after dispatch for the first scan to appear.

### How tracking works

1

#### Your supplier ships

Once your order is dispatched, the exporter adds a carrier and tracking number to your order.

2

#### Enter your number

Paste the tracking number above and pick the carrier. We’ll fetch the latest status.

3

#### Follow to delivery

See each scan — picked up, in transit, customs, out for delivery and delivered.

### Which carrier do I have?

Live status

#### DHL Express

International courier used for most export shipments. Numbers are typically 10 digits. Status updates appear here in real time, direct from DHL.

Tip: it can take a few hours after pickup for DHL’s first scan to show.

Official portal

#### Sri Lanka Post

Used for registered mail and EMS parcels. Numbers usually look like EE123456789LK. Select the Sri Lanka Post tab and we’ll open the official Sri Lanka Post Track & Trace with your number ready to paste.

Carrier site

#### FedEx, UPS and Aramex

FedEx numbers are usually 12 or 15 digits, UPS numbers start with 1Z, and Aramex waybills are usually 11 digits. Pick the tab and we’ll open the carrier’s own tracking page with your number filled in.

Shipping line

#### Sea freight (FCL and LCL)

Container shipments are tracked by container number, like MSKU1234567, or by bill of lading number. Enter a container number and we’ll recognize the line (Maersk, MSC, CMA CGM, Hapag-Lloyd, ONE, Evergreen, COSCO) and open its tracker.

### Frequently asked questions

Where do I find my tracking number? It’s included in your shipping confirmation from the supplier, and shown on your order under [My Account → Orders](/my-account/orders/) once the shipment has been dispatched.

My DHL number shows “no information found.”DHL usually registers the first scan within a few hours of collection. If your shipment was only just dispatched, please check again later. Make sure you’ve entered the number exactly, with no spaces.

Why does Sri Lanka Post open a different website?Sri Lanka Post doesn’t offer a live tracking feed we can display here, so we link you straight to their official Track & Trace portal with your number copied ready to paste.

Why do FedEx, UPS and Aramex open their own websites?Live status on this page comes direct from DHL. For the other couriers we open the carrier’s official tracking page with your number filled in, and copy the number in case you need to paste it.

How do I track a sea freight container?Use the container number from your shipping documents (four letters and seven digits, like MSKU1234567). We match the first four letters to the shipping line and open its tracker. If you only have a bill of lading number, choose the line named on the bill of lading.

How long does international delivery take?DHL Express is typically 3–7 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. FedEx, UPS and Aramex express services are similar. Sri Lanka Post EMS and registered mail take longer. Sea freight usually takes 2–6 weeks port to port, depending on the route. Your supplier can confirm the expected window for your order.
