##### FOB: Free On Board

Vendor delivers to Colombo Port and loads onto the vessel. Buyer handles ocean freight, insurance, and destination clearance.

##### CIF: Cost, Insurance, Freight

Vendor covers cost of goods, insurance, and freight to destination port. Buyer handles destination clearance and inland transport.

##### EXW: Ex Works

Buyer takes possession at the vendor’s facility in Sri Lanka. Buyer arranges all transport, clearance, and delivery.

##### DAP: Delivered at Place

Vendor delivers to buyer’s named destination, ready for unloading. Vendor handles everything except import clearance and duties.
