Ceylon spices packed in retail pouches under your brand: cinnamon quills and powder, black pepper, cardamom, cloves and more, whole or ground. Sourced from Sri Lankan spice packers and quoted FOB Colombo.

How it works. You choose the spice, the grade and the pack size, and send your artwork. We take it to Sri Lankan spice packers and come back with a price per pack, the minimum run and the lead time. If a spec cannot be run well, we tell you before you spend anything on artwork.

White label or private label. A packer’s own retail pouch with your label on it is white label: nothing to develop, so the minimum is set by the pack. Your own printed pouch or your own blend is private label, and we quote that too. Tell us which on the form.

What to send us: the spice and grade, pack size and pouch type, quantity per SKU, destination port, and your artwork or a brief. Half a brief is enough to start.

A label that holds up in your market. Before anything is printed, we tell you what your destination requires on the pack: net weight, origin, allergens, and which claims and certification marks you can use. Organic, non-GMO, gluten-free and grade statements each need documents behind them. For an organic claim in the United States, the brand owner and the importer generally need their own certification, because a packer’s certificate does not transfer to your label. We tell you which documents a packer holds before you design the pack.

    Shipping Policy

    SriLankaExport.com is a B2B export marketplace operated by Harker International (Pvt) Ltd. Orders ship from Sri Lanka, arranged between the buyer and the exporter with our Trade Desk coordinating.

    1. Dispatch & origin. Goods ship from Sri Lanka. Bulk and wholesale consignments move by sea or air freight; smaller and sample orders ship by international courier (e.g. DHL) with tracking.

    2. Lead times. Wholesale and export lead times are confirmed per order at the quotation stage and depend on volume, processing and certification requirements. They are not fixed retail timeframes.

    3. Incoterms. Bulk pricing is quoted FOB Colombo by default; CIF and other Incoterms are available on request and agreed in writing per order.

    4. Duties & customs. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance at the destination are the buyer’s responsibility unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

    5. Tracking. Where a carrier tracking number is issued, follow it at srilankaexport.com/track-shipment/.

    6. Trial lots. Selected bulk spices are also offered in 10 kg, 25 kg and 100 kg trial lots, priced ex-warehouse in Colombo (EXW). Trial lots ship by international courier, and the courier cost to your door is quoted with your order. They are conventional (non-organic) unless the listing says otherwise. A trial lot is priced higher per kg than a pallet, because a small lot costs more to pack and handle.

    Refund Policy

    1. Inspection. Inspect goods on arrival and report any damage, shortage or discrepancy within 7 days of delivery, with photographs and your order reference.

    2. Eligibility. Refunds or replacements are provided for verified quality defects, damage in transit, or short shipment. Claims are assessed case by case and may require inspection or supporting evidence.

    3. Bulk & custom export orders. Made-to-order, custom-graded and bulk export consignments are non-refundable once dispatched, except for verified defects or short shipment.

    4. Natural & agricultural goods. Natural products such as teas and spices vary within normal ranges of colour, grade and moisture; that natural variation is not a defect. Verified contamination or specification failure is eligible.

    5. How refunds are issued. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. To start a claim, contact info@srilankaexport.com with your order reference.

    Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

    1. Cancellations. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch or before production begins. Once an order is in production or has shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

    2. Bulk export orders. Confirmed wholesale and export orders are governed by the terms agreed at order confirmation, including any deposit and cancellation terms set out there.

    3. Returns. Because cross-border return logistics for bulk goods are impractical, physical returns are generally not accepted; eligible issues are resolved by refund or replacement under the Refund Policy rather than by return.
