Description
Key attributes
Pure pressed coconut cream at seventeen per cent. No gums, no fillers, no stabilisers. The cooking grade.
Fat content and use
Coconut milk is sold by fat content. Around 17% is a standard cooking strength for curries, soups and sauces. Lower-fat milks are thinner, and coconut cream is richer and thicker. Because this product has no gums or stabilizers, the cream can separate in the pack. That is normal, and it mixes back when stirred or heated.
