Mixed Container Consolidation (Several Sri Lankan Products, One Container)

Description

Buying several Sri Lankan products in smaller quantities each? We buy each product from its own specialist producer and load them into one 20 ft or 40 ft container, so you ship once, clear customs once and pay for one freight booking.

How it works

• Send us your list: each product, grade, quantity and packing
• We quote each line and the combined container, FOB Colombo or CIF your port
• Goods are consolidated in Colombo, inspected if you ask, and loaded together
• One set of export documents covers the whole container

Common mixes: cinnamon grades with pepper and cloves; black tea grades with green tea; desiccated coconut with coconut oil and coconut milk.

How to get a price: tell us the quantity, your specification and your destination port. We quote FOB Colombo, CFR or CIF, with lead time and minimum order, and arrange samples before an order.

Planning a mixed load

Weight and volume both matter. Dense goods such as coconut oil in drums or bagged desiccated coconut reach the weight limit first, while light goods such as tea, cinnamon bales or coir fill the space first. Mixing dense and light lines often uses a container better than either alone. Food and non-food goods can share a container if they are packed and separated so that one cannot taint the other.

Quality and documents

Each lot can be tested by an independent laboratory before shipment. Export documents are arranged with the shipment.
