Ceylon black tea made by the CTC (crush, tear, curl) method, in BP1, PF1, PD and Dust grades. CTC tea gives a quick, strong, coloured brew and is mainly used in tea bags.

About the grades

BP1 (Broken Pekoe One) is the largest CTC particle. PF1 (Pekoe Fannings One) is smaller and brews quickly. PD (Pekoe Dust) and Dust are the smallest grades and give the fastest, strongest color. Packers often blend grades to balance strength and speed of brewing.

Infinity Ceylon Exports supplies Ceylon tea and herbal ingredients: orthodox black tea in leaf and broken grades, CTC tea, green tea, matcha, Silver Tips and Golden Tips, and herbal infusions including hibiscus, moringa, lemongrass and soursop leaf.

Minimum orders are 1,000 kg per grade for black tea, 500 kg for green tea and herbals, 100 kg for Silver and Golden Tips, and 50 kg for matcha. Enquiries are handled through the SriLankaExport trade desk.

Shipping Policy

SriLankaExport.com is a B2B export marketplace operated by Harker International (Pvt) Ltd. Orders ship from Sri Lanka, arranged between the buyer and the exporter with our Trade Desk coordinating.

1. Dispatch & origin. Goods ship from Sri Lanka. Bulk and wholesale consignments move by sea or air freight; smaller and sample orders ship by international courier (e.g. DHL) with tracking.

2. Lead times. Wholesale and export lead times are confirmed per order at the quotation stage and depend on volume, processing and certification requirements. They are not fixed retail timeframes.

3. Incoterms. Bulk pricing is quoted FOB Colombo by default; CIF and other Incoterms are available on request and agreed in writing per order.

4. Duties & customs. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance at the destination are the buyer’s responsibility unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

5. Tracking. Where a carrier tracking number is issued, follow it at srilankaexport.com/track-shipment/.

6. Trial lots. Selected bulk spices are also offered in 10 kg, 25 kg and 100 kg trial lots, priced ex-warehouse in Colombo (EXW). Trial lots ship by international courier, and the courier cost to your door is quoted with your order. They are conventional (non-organic) unless the listing says otherwise. A trial lot is priced higher per kg than a pallet, because a small lot costs more to pack and handle.

Refund Policy

1. Inspection. Inspect goods on arrival and report any damage, shortage or discrepancy within 7 days of delivery, with photographs and your order reference.

2. Eligibility. Refunds or replacements are provided for verified quality defects, damage in transit, or short shipment. Claims are assessed case by case and may require inspection or supporting evidence.

3. Bulk & custom export orders. Made-to-order, custom-graded and bulk export consignments are non-refundable once dispatched, except for verified defects or short shipment.

4. Natural & agricultural goods. Natural products such as teas and spices vary within normal ranges of colour, grade and moisture; that natural variation is not a defect. Verified contamination or specification failure is eligible.

5. How refunds are issued. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. To start a claim, contact info@srilankaexport.com with your order reference.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

1. Cancellations. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch or before production begins. Once an order is in production or has shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Bulk export orders. Confirmed wholesale and export orders are governed by the terms agreed at order confirmation, including any deposit and cancellation terms set out there.

3. Returns. Because cross-border return logistics for bulk goods are impractical, physical returns are generally not accepted; eligible issues are resolved by refund or replacement under the Refund Policy rather than by return.
