Ceylon cinnamon is one of the most popular single-herb supplements, and brands selling it want proof that the capsule holds true cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) rather than cassia. Filling the capsules in Sri Lanka, where the cinnamon is grown and milled, keeps the origin simple to document.
