Sri Lanka has a leather goods industry that makes belts, wallets, bags and work gloves for local and export buyers, and exported about US$14 million of leather garments and goods in 2025. Workshops make goods to a buyer’s design, with the buyer’s branding.

What can be made

• Belts, with your buckle and hardware
• Wallets and card holders
• Handbags, travel and laptop bags
• Small goods: key holders, passport covers

Leather

Leather type, finish and thickness are confirmed on the sample. Some markets ask for chemical tests on leather, such as chromium VI in the EU. Tell us your market and the tests can be arranged.

샘플 선행 확인

A sample is made and approved before bulk. Minimum order and lead time depend on the item.
