Fine flour milled from dried green bananas, for gluten-free baking and food manufacturing.

Green banana flour is made by peeling unripe bananas, drying the slices and milling them to a fine flour. It has a mild, earthy taste and is used in gluten-free and grain-free baking, pancakes, smoothies and as a thickener. Bananas grow all year in Sri Lanka, and local processors dry them for flour, chips and dried fruit.

#### Gluten-free use
