Sponge and microcellular rubber sheets made to your density, hardness and thickness in Sri Lanka.

Cellular rubber contains tiny gas cells, which make it light, soft and cushioning. Microcellular sheets are widely used to cut shoe soles and slippers, and sponge rubber sheets are used for gaskets, padding and insulation. Sri Lanka exported about US$40 million of cellular rubber in 2025.

#### Specification

Sheets are specified by density, hardness (Shore), thickness, colour and finish. Send your specification or a sample, and the factory matches it on a trial run.

#### Natural or synthetic

Sheets can be made from natural rubber, from synthetic rubbers such as EPDM or neoprene, or from blends. The choice depends on what the sheet has to resist, such as oil, weather, heat or wear, and on cost. Tell us the use and the factory recommends a compound, then confirms it on the trial run with test results for density and hardness.
