High-fat and low-fat desiccated coconut in fine, medium, and coarse grades. Moisture ≤3%, fat content 63% or more (high-fat) or 35 to 45% (low-fat). Available from 10 kg to full container, bulk packed in 25 kg bags. USDA Organic, EU Organic certified.

#### Choosing a grade

The grade is the cut size of the coconut. Fine grade blends into fillings and chocolate. Medium is the general-purpose grade for baking and cereals. Coarse and long thread show on the surface of a product. Chips are larger flakes for snacks and trail mixes, natural or toasted.

#### Quality and documents
